The Anticipated Fate of the Affordable Care Act: Post-Decision Resources

The long history of health care reform in the United States has finally arrived at the hands of the Supreme Court. Since its passing in March of 2010, the Affordable Care Act has stirred the nation with questions as well as uncertainties for its promising future. As we are just a day away from the long awaited outcome of the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the health care law’s constitutionality, it is crucial to maintain contact with the future implications of the ACA.
